My computer has been infected by Win32:Small-TD (Torjan). HELP?

My computer has been infected by Win32:Small-TD (Torjan), I tried to use Avast to deleted but everytime when I try to run something, the avast warning comes up but I still can work my stuff. Please help me delete this ASAP! Thnx.
BTW I can't deleted it with Avast..
