My computer performs a stop error and restarts just before loading Windows XP.how do i bypass this outside XP?
right after the XP loading bar is about to go off, a blue screen displays a STOP error message, and the computer restarts. I know how to disable this from within XP, the problem is, XP wont even load! GRRR! Do I
have to jumper pins together or something because I refuse to pay money for a repairman. Somebody help me
Solution:- seems like some virus
try safe mode
try recovery console (insert xp installation cd and press r when prompted)
then try fixboot or fdisk/mbr command or both
if u have changed some hardware try isolation:
remove or switch some ram or vga etc
