I have XP H SP2. My PC shuts off/on and notifies me of a serious error. HELP?
I've run anti-virus and anti-spy, nothing shows up.
Solution:-there's some thing in your registry keys that causing this that your anti virus or spyware isn't picking up. you may need to get a registry cleaner, which you can get from norton. if it still continues, you may need to reinstall windows.
